Investigations of Museum Visitor Experience: A Review of Literature from Museology and Related Disciplines

Focusing in particular on literature that investigates the experiences of adult museum visitors in non-educational contexts, I consider how literature has addressed several research questions, and whether it offers any consensus in its answers.
